Thank you very much for your letter and your kindness about SELAM :))))))))). I am sorry for the late answer. I have a new duty in another city and I can not check my mails as often as in the past :(((. I am really very happy to get a letter from a girl like you. I have liked your photo very much.
I graduated in 1997 from education faculty. I have worked 9 years as a geography teacher and vice principal in a science high school. After that two years ago, I finished my Ph.D. degree in geographic education and I was appointed to ministry of education. Because I also love to teach somethings new to people. I always active teacher and make student active in their classroom. I apply constructivist approach (Vygotsky is a founder of it who is a Russian psychologist).So I don't let my students to be passive listeners in my lessons but active learners during the lessons.
Because my english is better, I am doing projects which they are funded by Europan Union as financial. I would like to start to work at the university as the assistnat professor in the very near future. I love to research somethings new and develop myself. I also will get higher salary at the university. It is a good thing in Turkey and it is chosen because of the salary :)))).
One of those project, I went to Austria and went to the top of Alp mountains and skiing and sledging all day :))))): It was wonderful. Yes I love it my friend. But I haven't been to your country yet. At first I would like to have a good friend from your country. And I think this mail is the first step for it. I hate short conversation. I would like to have a long -term friendship-partnership .

I think it is something like an assistant or professor of geography.... What about your professor's career? What do you do at your new duty? Is it dangerous? Is it war???? I think that your relatives must be extremely worried about you.... Have you got a big family?

At first I want to tell you some words about Russian army. There is gossip, bad talks, and cruel stories about it in our society. They say that soldiers are beaten and offended there and some of them return being invalids. There have been some articles and programmes about the treatment in the army lately. Too awful. The young men are afraid of going there, and their parents are ready to do the best to stay their children at home. I understood mothers. By our rule every healthy 18-year-man must go to the army. And our government does its best to raise the authority of the army. Two opinions and one life. Everyone must choose what is more important for him. Please, tell me about your army something else when you have spare time. And write some words about your family.

I am finally out again and I can write to you.. I will finish my army duty till 20 of May. So I will be free after it. Then, I will start as a assistant professor at a university. Yes I have heard about the teaches you have written. There are also some famous teachers in Turkey. But I don't think that you could hear about them..I can only write about them after my army duty. Because unfortunately I don't have enogh time to do it in an internet cafe as you might guess :(((

I am very happy to see your mail. It was big pleasure to read it. I am really very interested in EDUCATION subject and ı know most famous people and some specialists in this subject. So you are right! I am not a professor yet, but I will be sooner :))). I researched some new approaches in education and I learned vygotsky's theory in it. As you know he is Russian philospher. I am supporter of his opinion. But I think different from him in some points. Well, let's discuss these subjects later after 20 of May. I added some photos taken of me a few minutes ago by webcam in internet cafe.
Turkey and Iraq is not in a war. Turkey bombs terrorists' places who attack to Turkey's border and despoil the villages and kill some people in the south east border of Turkey. In fact, THERE IS NO WAR THERE. They are like IRA in north Ireland or like ETA in Spain. Yes my duty is boring but not dangerous. I am a tank commander. But in case of a war , a tank commander is very dangereous duty :(((.
